"Machines Are Down Way Too Often"
I actually like the gym overall. The space is nice and it usually isn’t packed, which is a big plus. But the maintenance on the equipment gets frustrating. Some machines are out of order for weeks, and a few of the cables feel rough or jerky when you use them, which doesn’t feel great.
Repairs seem to take forever, and there’s not really any update on what’s going on, which that part was weird. For what it costs, I expected them to stay on top of things better. It’s fine if you’re just doing basic workouts, but if you rely on certain machines, it gets annoying fast.

My first impression wasn’t great because parking looked like it would be easy, but after work it was already full. There are spots available, sure, but finding one isn’t always as simple as it should be.

It’s easy to access and the opening hours are generous, so I can usually stop by whenever it fits my day.

"Always such a clean gym!!"
I go to onair-fitness.fr a few times a week, the place is always super clean!! The machines are wiped down, the floors look taken care of, and the changing rooms never have that weird gym smell. It just makes working out there so much more enjoyable.

"App and entry work really well"
I signed up mostly because the gym is really close to me , but the app has been a nice surprise . It’s easy to use , and I can check my membership or update little things without having to call anyone .
The QR code entry is probably my favorite part . I just open the app , scan it at the door , and I’m in . No standing around at the front desk , which is especially nice when I’m coming in after work .
There was one time where it loaded a bit slowly , but it sorted itself out quickly . Overall , it feels smooth and just makes the whole gym routine simpler

"Good gym, but I’m starting to trust it a little less"
I’ve mostly had a good experience here. There are plenty of machines, and the equipment is usually in decent shape, so I can get through my workouts without too much trouble. Some of the popular machines do get tied up, which is expected. That said, lately I’ve noticed a few things slipping here and there, and it’s made me feel a bit less confident than I used to. I still like the gym overall, but I’m hoping they keep up with maintenance so that trust doesn’t keep fading.

I’ve been going to OnAir Fitness for a few months now and overall I’m happy with it. I checked out a few reviews and asked a couple of people before signing up, and it seemed like others had a similar opinion: it’s good value for the money. The price feels fair, the machines are decent, and I don’t feel like I’m overpaying compared to some other gyms. It can get a bit crowded at peak times, so it’s not perfect, but for what I’m paying, I’d say it’s worth it.

I tried a few group classes at OnAir Fitness they were okay, but not amazing. Some of the coaches were really friendly and brought great energy, which made the sessions more fun. But a couple of classes felt rushed and way too packed, so it was hard to keep up, especially as a beginner. The music was also a bit too loud at times. I also had to contact them about something and got transferred around, which was annoying. Overall, it’s fine if you just want to move, sweat, and not think too much, but I wouldn’t say it’s the easiest or most organized experience

I mostly go to Onair for the machines, so maybe I’m not paying super close attention to the locker room, but it’s just kind of average to me.
The lockers work fine, though sometimes the area feels crowded and not as clean as I’d expect during busy hours. The showers were okay too, and there was hot water, but a few of the stalls looked like they could use a bit more care.
It’s not awful or anything, and maybe I’m being a little picky, but it’s not really impressive either. It does what it needs to do, I just wish someone checked on it more often throughout the day.

The staff were friendly and professional, so no complaints there. I was just feeling mentally drained that day, and the whole experience felt average to me. Nothing really stood out in a good or bad way. It wasn’t a bad visit, just not something I’d call amazing either.

"Canceling was kind of a hassle"
The gym itself was fine, nothing super special but okay. The annoying part was trying to cancel my contract. I emailed them, waited around for replies, then had to keep following up because it just wasn’t getting sorted. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah, frustrating

I like this gym overall — it’s clean and has a good setup. But yeah… if you go after work, it gets busy. Some of the machines can be tough to get, so you kind of have to wait around or switch up your routine a bit.

"Quick support, but I still expected an apology"
I had a small issue with my membership and reached out to support. They got back to me the same day, which I appreciated. It wasn’t handled perfectly at first, and I did expect at least a quick apology for the mix-up, but they did end up fixing it properly. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Good vibe, but I’m still torn"
I usually stick with my regular spot, so I felt a little conflicted trying this place out. The vibe was nice and I did enjoy the overall mood, but it got crowded and a bit loud at times. I’d probably come back, though I’m not sure it’s replacing my usual favorite just yet.

"Decent personal training, but a bit uneven"
From what I remember, my few weeks of personal training with onair-fitness.fr were okay overall. The coach was friendly, and I did pick up a few helpful tips on my form and how to do certain exercises properly, so I don’t feel like it was a waste of time.
That said, looking back, some sessions felt a little rushed and not always matched to where I was fitness-wise. I also thought there would be more checking in or follow-up between sessions. It was fine, just not the kind of experience that really stuck with me as great

"I cancelled my subscription thinking that would..."
I cancelled my subscription thinking that would be the end of it, but then I got charged again the next month. I expected the cancellation to be straightforward, or at least for support to sort it out quickly once I sent proof, but they just kept telling me it was being checked.
It’s been weeks now and I still haven’t gotten a refund or even a clear answer. i expected much better, and it’s really frustrating because it feels like once they have your card details, they stop caring.
